You cannot visit Abu Dhabi without experiencing the expanses of an Abu Dhabi Desert Holiday. A stay in the desert at one of the luxurious Desert Resorts in Abu Dhabi is a must. Whether you just want to visit for the day or combine a few nights with an Abu Dhabi beach holiday, you will not be disappointed. We do suggest at least 1 night stay at either the Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara or Al Wathba, a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa and sample one of their many desert experiences or even dine out in the desert.

Weather in Abu DhabiThe Abu Dhabi weather is probably the biggest reason for travellers to have a holiday in Abu Dhabi. The hottest month in Abu Dhabi is August with average temperatures of 41°C and the coolest in January at 23°C with the most daily sunshine hours in June. The most rainfall is in the month of February with an average of 40mm of rain. In our opinion the best months to have a Abu Dhabi holiday are in October, due to the heat has subsided but the sea still has the warmth from the summer months. The weather in the Desert is not as humid and in the coolest months like December you can experience the nights to be a chilly 7 degs C at the coldest part of the night, which we always reckon is around 3 am. Dec-Feb are generally the coldest months.
